Gin Cocktails

Gin is my favorite spirit to work with because it plays well with almost everything. In fact, I’ve been known to bring home several bottles when I travel if I find a region with micro distilleries doing wonderful things around the globe.

The botanicals in gin pair naturally with herbs, citrus, berries, and floral flavors, which means you can get creative without things tasting weird.

These gin cocktails aren’t just variations of a gin and tonic (though I have a few elevated takes on that, too). I’m talking about drinks that use simple syrups infused with Earl Grey, lavender, and cardamom to bring out different sides of the spirit.

What I love about making cocktail recipes with gin is how well it works across seasons.
