It all started with a whiff of dried lavender while I was digging through my spice rack. That soft, floral aroma instantly transported me back to the lavender fields of Provence—and let’s be honest, if a scent can give you vacation vibes and cocktail inspiration, you follow that trail.
Since I grow culinary lavender at home, I knew I had to shake up a French Lavender Bee’s Knees: a smooth, citrusy gin cocktail infused with honey and kissed with lavender.

Basically, it’s a spa day for your taste buds—fresh, floral, and just the right amount of indulgent. You can add a lemon twist as garnish, but I like to use a sprig of dried or even fresh lavender on top.
Trust me, now you’ve got yourself a drink worthy of a sun-soaked afternoon in the South of France (or at least a slow Sunday on your apartment balcony).
