Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz blanco tequila 100% agave
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Grapefruit peel or rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Add tequila.
  • Pour tonic water slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
  • Stir gently.
  • Express a grapefruit peel over the glass and drop it in, or add a rosemary sprig.
