Fresh Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Gently run the rosemary sprigs under water to dampen them. Give them a little shake to remove any excess water.
Place the damp rosemary on the prepared baking sheet (or a cooling rack).
Sprinkle generously with sugar, turning the sprigs so they’re coated on all sides.
Let the rosemary dry at room temperature for about 1 hour, until the sugar hardens and looks frosty.
