Fresh Passionfruit Pulp (or Passionfruit Purée)
Instructions
Wash the passionfruits and slice them in half.
Scoop out the pulp and set aside.
In a
saucepan
, combine the warm water and sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
Stir in the passionfruit pulp until well combined.
If you prefer a smooth syrup, strain out the seeds using a fine mesh strainer and a cheesecloth.
Transfer to a clean glass jar or bottle.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
