Nordic Bramble
A cool-climate twist on the classic bramble, the Nordic Bramble blends gin, bright lemon, subtle pine needle syrup, and a dramatic blackberry drizzle for a layered, forest-inspired sip. It’s crisp and citrusy up front, with soft evergreen notes and juicy berry depth that feels like winter in a glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice use a citrus juicer
- ¾ oz pine needle simple syrup
- 2 tsp Blackberry purée for drizzle
- 1 dehydrated lemon slices Garnish
Instructions
- Add gin, lemon juice, and pine syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Gently drizzle blackberry purée over the top of the cocktail using a spoon or small pour.
