Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz gin
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Lime wedge or grapefruit peel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.
  • Add gin.
  • Pour tonic water slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation.
  • Stir gently.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or grapefruit peel.
