Roku gin

St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)

fresh lime juice

fresh cucumber juice

Instructions
Wrap two thin, lengthwise cucumber slices around the inside of a lowball glass .
2 slices fresh cucumber
Add the gin, St-Germain, lime juice, and cucumber juice to a cocktail shaker.
2 oz Roku gin,
½ oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur),
½ oz fresh lime juice,
¾ oz fresh cucumber juice
Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain into a lowball glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf on top.

Garnish Tip:
Slice the cucumber super thin (using a vegetable peeler or mandoline) for easy wrapping inside the glass!
How to make cucumber juice:
Cut up 1/2 cucumber and place in a food processor.
Pour through a thing mesh strainer into a fresh container (if you want ultra strained, use a cheesecloth)
