The Peach Mint Spritz is everything you want in a summer cocktail: juicy, refreshing, and just a little bit bubbly.
Sweet ripe peaches and fresh mint are gently muddled to release their flavors, then brightened with lemon juice and topped with sparkling wine for a drink that’s as vibrant as it looks.

I had to dig a peach tree out of the side of our house when we moved in (NEVER plant trees right next to your house. The roots will destroy your foundation!), so I don’t actually grow my own peaches.
I gave it to a neighbor who shares when she has a good harvest though.
I do grow a ton of mint though. At last count, I had six different kinds of mint growing, but for this recipe, you just need your basic mint.

Twist Ideas
- Berry Blend: Add a few raspberries or blackberries to the muddle for extra color and flavor.
- Herbal Swap: Use basil instead of mint for a slightly peppery note.
- Citrus Boost: Try lime juice in place of lemon for a sharper tang.
- Rosé Spritz: Swap Prosecco for sparkling rosé for a pink-hued version.
Why You’ll Love It
- Seasonal Freshness: Juicy peaches and mint are peak-summer ingredients.
- Crisp & Bubbly: Sparkling wine adds a celebratory touch.
- Simple & Elegant: Just a few ingredients for a drink that feels elevated.
- Refreshing Balance: Citrus and herbs keep it from being overly sweet.
